Fire Alarm Costing

Dont know what they retail for as never quoted for one and seen as its a bit more advanced for the 5 day magician i can argue they must hold a price...!

System will be Custom L5 design to alert residents located near to an bin shed that it may be on fire..!

2 x Sounders, 100m of FP, 4 Zone Control with 1 heat detector and MCB on DB.

costs to me are £234 and i think a 3/4 -1 full days work will be involved for install and commission.

Priced Job at £595.00 with 1 Year maintenance Package (2x 6monthly Visits)

Sound OK?? or too low..!

Do you know if they are getting other quotes? looks a bit low to me

its for a constant customer...! dont think he has other prices as i do 90% of electrical work for him.

what would you charge..!! its dead simple job involving about 15m of cable to one sounder 10 to another and 20 to the detector..! panel will be fitted directly near db and its all surface clipped with P clips

Really depends on what others in your area would charge for this, I'm in Kent - so probably different. I would probably go £650-700 if you're including 2 maintanence visits. But then if straightforward job - and service visits are only going to be 30mins not too bad
