Hi,

NOTE: This is 230v, not 110v

I have decided to sell my wall chaser as have only use it on one rewire and quite honestly hate rewires and will if I can help it never do one again as they are quite frankly awful things to do.

So, I have a Metabo MFE30 Wall Chaser which has had very very little use, its a great bit of kit, cannot fault it at all.

And to go with it is a Metabo AR2025 vacuum which had amazing suck. The vacuum i have a few spare bags for, it also does wet as well as dry. You could eat your dinner next to the wall chaser without getting dust on you when used with the vacuum.

The vacuum I do use frequently, not every day, maybe every two weeks as have a smaller vacuum for light work. The filters in it, I have the standard paper filters that come with it, but I also have the polyester high performance filters which I purchased at a price of about £100 last year which make a big difference.

Ill take a photo later today, but this is it basically. The wall chaser comes in a metal box.

Cost wise... They are £570 new, i think it would want £395 for the set if possible as the chaser has hardly been used. Both in excellent working order and perfectly reliable.

The vacuum has automatic filter cleaning or manual select, you can also plug your wall chaser or anything else into the front of the vacuum for automatic startup too.

Thinking about it, I bet i have only used it for 20 slots or so.

This is the vacuum, its not got a bag in it as I have just emptied it, but have a couple spare, the vacuum has been used as is in a used condition, but works perfectly well and has nothing wrong with it, plus it has the uprated £100 polyester filters instead of the standard paper ones (which I have).

I sure you want to sell them as a whole package But if you consider selling them separately I would be interested in the Vac

Thanks, I would like to sell them together... However, I may know someone who just wants the chaser so I'll speak to him tomorrow if I can and see.

how much would you pay for the vac so I have something to think about?

I sent you a PM but perhaps you didn't receive it ?

Why do you hate rewires so much. What happens when one of your existing customers requires one.

rewires are horrible. customers expect to live in the property with no mess, no disruption to their routines, change their minds half way through, then expect you to do the job in a week on minimum wage, because dave down the pub has told them he will do it for 2 grand.

Exactly as Telectrix states. I probably get a couple of viable rewire requests every month, and I turn them down.

I work on my own too, so doing a rewire is a long slog and stress.

I proberly need to take a leaf out of your book.

Every rewire i did last year was unoccupied . I enjoyed each one .

jobs that last from 2 weeks to a month are heaven for me .
minimal paperwork and organisation required with good money to be made for a good job .

All chasing done without a wall chaser .
