I've posted this in the jobs section but i thought id post it here aswell as a bit of an introduction,
Hi,
Just started my NVQ lvl1 and C&G Level 2 2330 September. I have nearly completed my NVQ lvl1 already and i am looking to pick up some work if possible.
Little bit about myself, im 28 live in Pontypridd, South Wales and have my own transport and full driving license. my license is clean (no points) but i do have an existing offence code on there which is due to come off in january(i think, will have to check)
my previous jobs i was in the computer industry working as an installer/technician for a few companys such as Dell and Panasonic.
I have also worked as a electronic technician aswell with panasonic(laptops)
I recently carried out a data installation for a rapidly growing firm in which I installed the infastructure(cables, patch panels and cabinets) along with supplying and configuring the computer system alongside the telephone system. It is on this job where I realised I wanted to get my electrical certs etc.. and start my own business as complete solution installation company
I realise this is a way off yet and i am looking for any type of electrical experience
any suggestions on how i should go about realising my ambition?
