January means accounts and the tax man and bills and and and.....
But this one has happened to coincide with me getting a new van (arrives tomorrow) which means having to fit it which means I've had to think about stock - which corresponds with accounts.
I was down in my lock-up earlier and having a general mooch, and without doing a proper stock take (which I guess I ought to for the accounts anyway) I reckon there must be at least £3k's worth of various half boxes of all the usual stuff and some of the not so usual, drums of SWA that never got restocked etc etc. I could certainly do a few decent rewires just from stock so long as you don't mind different stuff.
So that's got me wondering as to how much stock do other people keep through choice/need, and at what point do you say enough and get rid?
