I have installed a new circuit of led lights 6 of them. But the first spot light on the circuit will not get to full brightness, I have changed the spot light but same problem exist. Any help.

You've posted in the news area, not the lighting forum which might get more visibility. But how are they wired? Are they running from a transformer/driver, or do they each have their own driver?

Assuming Line and Neutral are around the right way then I can't immediately think of a reason why the first one should be dim. Are the drivers separate? Have you tried swapping the last in the line with the first, just to rule out faulty lights...

I have replaced the first one with a new light altogether and same problem exists , have checked voltage and line and neutral troughtout and just out of ideas.

It's worth changing it with a known working one though - we've all had those times when you get two faulty ones in a row and it throws you.

Replace the last one in the circuit that you know works with the first, and see if the same happens. Or if the drivers have a connection between driver and light exchange the fitting between drivers.

It's late so I may be missing something obvious - hopefully someone else might spot it ....
