All,

I have a 2.3Kw single oven. My current wiring is 10mm over a 10m run to cooker switch, 6mm to dual ccu and my plan is to wire both hob and oven directly into this in 4mm. The oven manual states fuse must be minimum 13amps. I just want to double check that the 45a cooker switch is ok since it's a lot higher? Hob is 5.8Kw with min 23a fuse.

the oven can be classed as a fixed load, therefore there is no need for overload protection, only s/c protection, so wired direct from the CCU is fine. you could, if you wanted to feed oven from a 13A FCU from the 45A isolator, but it;s not necessary.
