Hi everyone I've come across a weird situation where somebody has got new sockets added, but from the board it is a radial in 6mm as there is one set of cables into the breaker, then when you look at the sockets (2 double sockets) it's got 2, 2.5mm cables going into both like it's a ring
Does this seem acceptable

I have drawn what I think has happend and if anyone thinks it's acceptable

Commonly known as a lollipop circuit, its not a standard bs7671 paint by numbers circuut so you have to actually think about it a little when it comes to testing it

It's a lollypop circuit. Perfectly acceptable providing that all the usual requirements are met regarding overcurrent protection, RCD protection, Zs, ring continuity, etc, etc.
