Sunny explorer, Under settings/grid monitoring mine says Country standard G83/1

Interesting, under the same menu mine says "special setting". Do you log on to Sunny Explorer as user or something else? I mentioned this to the installers so they are going to check.

Yes that was as a user.

Earthstore is right they haven't set it up right. Quite common as they have to set the dials behind the black panel correctly. After 10hours it locks the setting and it can only be change with sunny explorer as installer and they.must have a grid guard code from SMA.

Hi All
Thanks for all your responses, system seems to be cured no after changing the country setting to G83/1. Last four days have seen 24 KWh a day generated so I`m quite happy with that.

Seems the installers have never had to change a country setting before.

that doesn't bode well, being as all sunny boy HF and TL inverters need the country code setting on installation.
