Did you not have a H&S policy at the time you started?
It's more than a template you need, it's the training to go with them.

Of course you also need to complete a CDM assessment, every time you step in someone's house , there is an app for it.

Yeah, "CDM Wizard." S'alright. Ticks a box. Takes about 2 minutes. Job done.

Plus it amazes me that the homeowner is also supposed to register the job to HSE if it lasts longer than the time limit or has more than x number of people on site etc etc. The homeowner has equal responsibility if they are having an extension and don’t employ a principle contractor but instead get local individual trades. How many of them know that I wonder?
