Hi all
im filling in an ICN4C I'm not in control of the main supply im given a supply by another contractor to 11 d/b's of mine.
1st question: How should I fill in particulars of the installation at the origin section?
2nd question: how far do I go with the schedule of inspections in terms of me not being in control of the main supply?

The fact that I have restricted access as I'm currently working in a bank in Canary wharf on level 13 installing servers counters which have distribution boards on I'm commissioning them and I don't have access to the origin

Get access then, there must be a procedure in place for this. How do you know the installation complies without seen the relevant parts?

Easier said than done were only contracted for level 13 we were given supplies the extent of our work is on level 13 only

I would take the floor you are working on as being a separate installation from the rest of the building.
Wherever the power enters the floor will be your origin.
