Minor Works Certification

Good evening,

A burning question has arisen in my mind regarding minor works certificates.

This is, if you do some work for a customer which involves say adding some additional lights to an existing lighting circuit, as well as an outdoor light spurred and fused off of a ring main. Would you complete two separate MW certs?

yes is the word ,but you can get a MW cert the you can use to put two jobs down on one sheet .

Seen some from NAPIT that do three. which saves rewriting the same info out every time.
