    Cable depth in water - Marina

    I'm sure there's a reg related to the depth of cables under water in a Marina environment. I'm sure it was they must be encased in lead if at a depth of >4m I've been searching Section 709 but can't find it...... is it something else I've dreamt up?? Anyone????

    depth of render

    just been to sink in some flush socket 25mm so chopped in 10mm leaving 15mm to be taken up by render and plaster " plasterer comes in "they need chopping in more render and plaster will come out 10mm tops" never had a problem with 15mm proud. just want to gauge what the ave measurement you guys...

    When sinking in galv backboxes into new block walls, how much is best to leave proud of the wall to allow the dot and dabbed board to come flush with the front. I've got 35 & 47mm boxes to sink in.
