    soffit vent from inside

    Does anyone know of a soffit vent that can be fitted from inside the loft? It's too high to use a ladder to install one from outside. There is no chimney to vent to and no roof vents.

    Fan in bathroom listed building

    Hi Lads, just a quick one, you guys have any preference on make, and type of spot light to be fitted in soffits, i was look for maybe a decent ip rated spot, not sure on fire proof as im not breaking a fire barrier , but maybe i should fit fire rated ones for added security. Cheers

    Do soffit downlighters have to be fire rated and which IP rating?

    Hi guy's, New to the forum and was wondering what IP rating soffit downlighters would need to be and do they have to be fire rated. I know you have to use IP 44 for bathrooms because of the steam. Let me know what you think, thanks in advance.
