Is there a cost to this? I remember a when the new regs came out my boss paid £80 to go to a seminar like this. What a waste of money!
 
GNS is right, they only bloody double booked it with some mother's meeting! So we didn't even get the second half of the festivities! Was looking forward to having a pint with a few people as well! I notice they let the sponsor (PIRform) still do his sales pitch mind, instead of anything useful in the limited time!! Mind you, it does look quite good for the dreaded 2 page schedule bit on the new style PIRs, I might put my hand in my pocket....
 
I went to one in high wycombe about a month ago. Quite unimpressed to be honest.
Geoff Cronshaw gave the lecture, and needless to say public speaking is not his forte. He was incredibly vague with many questions asked of him too.
