2391 10 june answers

Hi all new to this site ,just completed 2391 practicle ,went fine ,but got exam on the 22 july.attained a copy of junes exam would like to know if anyone has the answers so i can check my work.help much appreciated.

I did the June exam as did a few on here. I could try and answer some of the questions as I did in the exam but I'm awaiting the C+G mans reply as to whether they were right.

Passed my practical yesterday, good luck for your written.

Main advice I can give you is learn Guidance Note 3 as much as possible. I read through it maybe twice a week for 4-5 weeks and there was still stuff I couldn't recall in the exam.

Thanks for that, did my practical last week ,that was the easy bit.just wondering what did u put for q22 list three factors which must be considered when inspecting containment system in a particular area (the area was a chemical etching area)

Don't think I did that well on that question.

Think I put something along the lines of correct IP ratings, correctly selected for protection against corrosive elements, no signs of damage from corrosion. That's all I can remember from the top of my head.

Have you bought the exam success book? There are 2 practice papers in there complete with answers. Will give you an idea how they want you to answer the question.

i passed the practical as expected but wasnt sure about the theory as i spent so much time with inputting info i didn't have time for the last question. i also had trouble with the chemical etching area question. i recently got the news that i passed tho, only 4 out a class of 16. Well Chuffed. the college i did it had a poor lecturer teaching it, so i didnt really go to the classes. what i did do though was revise 8 hours a day for 4 days before the exam and it really worked. this exam is all about memory and not about talent!!!!!!
