I need some info on the level 3 c&g fault diagnosis & rectification. It asks for a requisition for the first part of assignment don't know what this is about help please.

I know it's not a lot to go on but my paperwork says
3A Requsition- to be used in task 1
3B tests and regulations-to be used in task 1
3c identification of faults-to be used in task 2
mu have spoken to a friend who's an electrician and he says you wouldn't use a Requsition form for test & inspect

I assume that
3A/ would be the tools needed to do the job
3B/ The tests to be done, in some form of order
3C/ Faults identified after the tests are completed and how you might rectify them

Although I can't imagine how you would be able to identify the faults when you haven't started the actual I&T process !
