Cable route plans

Hi, I am about to supply an outbuilding, do I need to update any drawings or produce a distribution cable route plan? Do I need to get hold of the original for the property and make a revision? Hassle but I was going to use this one for an assessment....

If possible but I very much doubt they will be available, Failing that do a new one , just your installtion though
