Ok, fed up with them filing up my ios email accounts.... how do you turn them off

It's under your Account / Settings / Alert Preferences,
on the right is a long list for your perusal

most e mail programs have facilities for blocking senders,
every time they pop up, add them to the blocked sender list.
you will find after a little while they will be substancially reduced
but you must keep on top of it.
