did you look at the driver - reckon its on a bundled together buy failing that what is voltage and wattage - and how are u!

That looks like a pretty small LED module, I assume it is part of a larger arrangement so you would need to know the specifications of the module in order to get a good match otherwise it may unbalance the system.

Did check the driver all working and It's a 1w 12v dimmable

so there is several of these on the staircase and only this one has failed what is the colour and did u get the hole size.

Warm white, not too sure about the hole. the module inner measurement is 20mm with some sort of compressed metal bits on the side to keep it in

these should do the job unless you can find a manufacturer of the existing ones.
