Can anyone tell me what the expected results should be for dead and live tests would really appreciate it.:frown2:

how long is a piece of string? depends on the csa of cables, length of runs, have a look in the osg. there are tables showing expected resistance values for various cables.
continuity of prtective conducters - low ohm
contuity of ring - low ohm
insulation resistance - more than >1mohm should be like >299 etc
polarity dead -
polarity live - 240v at income
Ze- low ohm
prospective fault current -KA
earth fault loop impedance (Zs) low ohm
rcd test- mili seconds
im guessing what you are asking from the question is what units to expect.
