PDF quotes and invoices

Would like to start emailing quotes and invoices as PDF , what is the easiest and least expensive way of doing this please...?

Download open office you can do your invoices and save as pdf files. Program is like microsoft office but is FREE

i use sliq , simple and does job, cost me £20 quid for the license... sage however is free!

it automatically sends the quote as pdf if you input the customers details in the data base..!

Could always install a free PDF printer, such as Bullzip. Then just use the same software you normally use for invoicing but use the PDF printer instead of your normal printer at the printing setup screen.

Download CUTE PDF, it converts to a Pdf as if you were using a printer. Dead easy and I do use it quite a bit for all sorts of things.

I use 'PDF Creator', which is a PDF printer. I can't remember where I downloaded it from but I wouldn't have paid for it. Unlike a lot of "free" PDF printers which put a watermark all over your invoice until you pay the full subscription, this one doesn't.
