Is this question part of a scenario? I ask as you mention barracks in your first post thenyour attempt to answer it makes little sense. I don't mean that in a bad way, but if it is please post the whole of the question

Clear= to explain to those who need to know what faults were diagnosed and how they were corrected.
Courteous=no idea
accurate= very important to be 100% accurate as even the smallest error could impact on original diagnoses and potential future problems
method statement= how the diagnoses and correction to that fault was carried out
risk assessment= how you determined practical use of equipment and safety of personel in dealing with the issue
