Hi,

Looking for some advice really if anyone can help.

I am about to embark on training to become an electrician. I have spoken to someone from New Career Skills but have been put off by doing some background reading on the company and finding bad press. Aside from that I have not decided on where to do the training.

Interested to hear what other routes people have taken or can recommend in London area.

Thanks,

NB

Hey buddy,

Im currently doing a level 2 EAL qualification in electrotechnical engineering at Alpha BSE in Stratford, and that's going ok, although I've only been doing it for a few days. They have funding options if ur unemployed (which is great for me) but its not too expensive compared to others. There's also the college of north west London, who do a level 3 course that I've applied for for when I finish this one.

Let me know if that's any help for you, or if you find anything else...
