Started getting the train into central London where I work. Most of the time I am at one site for a few weeks at a time so I put my site box in there. But sometimes I pop round to a few jobs need a small compact set of steps a bit taller than a hop up.

Sorry to disappoint fella. Any ideas on my step situation.

No problem I'm a member of a powerlifting forum as well so 99% of topics go off topic lol.

What about those extendable ladders that estate agents seen to like a lot
I think Wilko#s have collapsable steps about 4 rungs high

Perfect didn't know they done them like this.

Spot on!

Any one else get the train and tube into central London. I just had enough of paying £30 parking, £10 congestion charge, £25 in diesel, then all your other expenses a day before you've even started. Then you have to deal with time lost due to traffic.

Plus with some of the other blokes we have proven that darting about on public transport is quicker and more cost effective.

When we start a bigger job like beginning on next week first day we take van up with site boxes on bolt them to floor in our area. Then every morning just travel up on train with my packed lunch and paper lol.
