Why is the Earth in a Twin & Earth cable not sleeved???

I Thank-you

agree, probably cost like everything these days, the csa of a cpc is smaller than the L&N so it might be a major problem when its being manufactured or something, but even then i will bet its down to £££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££.

Also under cable fault conditions only one insulation layer to pass through from live or neutral.

Ray

Another good point, but is this the reason why the cable makers leave it bare?
