I'm a newbie on this forum. I need a help for my solar panel study case.

This link contains data for a site which is performing at about 77 % for September 2014. Try to find out why it is low. Note that in this file, the generation data is shown each 15 mins. The Expected data is shown for the whole hour (i.e. 14:00 represents energy between 13:00 and 14:00).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
