Aviva are good cheap and get 3rd party on other vehicles, if you have more then 1 car in the house you can get a discount for all of them
 
Driving third party on other vehicles usually requires that vehicle to have fully comp insurance separately.

So if you and your friend have fully comp on your own cars, you can each drive the other third party.

But I don't think you'll find one that covers uninsured cars. Might be wrong.
