We have used several types of fixings in the past, mainly A2 stainless coach screws with pre-drilled holes in the early days and more recently Spax Wirox 8 x 100 screws with T40 heads. These were excellent fixings but I am finding it increasingly difficult to get hold of this length. The 8 x 140 version is widely available and is stocked in screwfix, but is too long for most installations.

Can anyone recommend an alternative product that has a good level of resistance to corrosion (A2 stainless or equivalent).

Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

We stock a similar item as well, available in single units, or in outers of 100. We believe this is the perfect fixing for most standard installations. Be happy to send further details if required.
