Hi, just thought I would share this guy's channel after watching a few of his videos:

He is great, I've been watching from the start of my training and he's great for a firm foundation. I've watched the same video again at a different time in training which also helps. YouTube is great for many things and recently Renewables, especially PV.

There's not a lot on YouTube in the way of sitting down with a regs book, and then drawing it out. Chris Kitcher's videos are awesome too, but this guy sits and says "this is where it says you do it like this, and this is how it looks".

Just found this website, it's by John Ward again, mostly embedded videos but I think a lot neater to navigate and find relevant information than YouTube.

Yes very good, have a butchers at the other chap Christopher Kitcher, usually got a blue polo shirt on in his vids

JW's channel is spot on and very good for understanding some grey areas as a trainee. The heating systems ones are well worth a watch, S, Y plans etc.

I had to watch those over and over - probably will again 'cause if you dont get to put it into practice then it is easily forgotten. The rest of his main posts on YouTube have been invaluable - it easy to like him. Hello, I'm JW [emoji851]

John has a tendency to go on a bit I think, but I learned early in his videos to watch start to finish else some little vital piece of information will be missed.

i really enjoy JW's videos. simply explained and often dismantled. He is often quite funny when he comes across pieces of equipment that is poor quality
