Hi
Customer has a Polyphase Energy Meter, connected to the incoming 3 phase supply.
Her bills are a bit high, but I was wondering as she is only using 1 phase, is there any value (ie cheaper bills) to spreading the load over the other phase's?

Any thoughts appreciated

no value wot so ever, is it a e7 or gen dom meter?, if shes not a high user of energy on off peak then gen dom is the best tariff

Contact the energy supplier, to change the tariff.

A 3Ph supply carries a high standing charge. If not needed why pay for it?

And the tariff? I’ll bet it’s not for a 3φ supply.

If it is and you don’t use it, more fool you!

Got the grow room running off the spare ways?
