Career advice needed !!!!!

Hi

Could someone please give me some advice im currently changing my career. I used to be a chef / headchef. Im 32, I have completed my 2365 level 2 and 3, I have 17th edition and pat testing. Im doing 2394 and 2495 on the 22nd may. But im struggling to find someone to give me a job so i can prove myself without any on site experiance. I have cscs and ecs card, my own tools, test gear and ppe. I also drive with a clean licence. Im located in essex.

Any advice would be greatly appriciated.

try the agencies for spark's mate jobs. get your foot in the door for practical experience. indeed posts jobs daily. get registered with them and you'll get daily emails.

I'm part of a whatsapp group with www.sparklink.co.uk and they have a separate group for Electrical improvers that you could ask to be added to. It's a place where everyone shares jobs. They've got over 2000 members at the moment and it seems like a brilliant idea. just sign up and post in the whatsapp group post and ask to be added to the improvers group.
