Are "Home charge" in any guise related to Home serve??I may be wrong but dont think chargemaster have any sort of formal approval scheme, they were for a long time using only there own electricians for the installs, they may sub contract some of it out.
I am approved with a few companies and there are far better charger on the market than chargemaster, covering all ends of the price range and quality from Rolec, Podpoint through to EVbox and Andersen. never had a query for a Chargemaster one though.
They are advertising for an installer on there website £30k per year fitting chargers aint too bad.
