Combi Boiler size?

What would be the most suited and efficient combi Boiler size for;

3 bed house
Shower room (combi)
Bathroom with electric shower.

I've been looking at the Valliant 28kW and Worcester 30kW.

IMO anything between 28kw and 34kw would be fine but I would go to the larger end of the scale If it was going in my house.

To do it "right" you need to calculate how much heat this house is going to need and when you get that figure you're in a position to select the right boiler.

It's like working out the total load your leccy installation is likely to have chucked at it.

Or if you had the money and space I would sticking these in over a combi all day long.
