Looking to get electrics in my shed best solution I can think of is.... 6mm from the main board in my house out to a waterproof junction box, connected up to swa which then goes off to the shed and connects to a sub board. That then controls the power there on wards.. any suggestion on better ways ? Or is that good enough. Thanks

Might be OK, might not.

For a start, how about:
Supply/earthing system?
Anticipated load?
Length of circuit?
Installation method (indoors and out)?
Circuit protection?
No. & type of circuits in shed?
Extraneous conductive parts in shed?

Why t&e to junction box on wall and then swa why not continuous swa

Remember if the T&E is not surface run then it will need an up-front RCD.

Probably because it's far easier to run a Twin and earth integrally, jointing in a Wiska box and the continuing the run in SWA, not ideal, but far more practicable. IMO

If I was going to do it it that way I'd make sure I protected the cable going out to the Shed with a timed delayed RCD, then the DB in the Shed can have a standard 30mA main switch. Depending on your incoming supply your also probably need put in an earth stake anyway (something I tend to do for any TN systems anyway).

You don't seem to have much confidence in your sparks.
