At the bottom of the reply box there's a button which says "go advanced" hit that and you'll see another screen which has a "Manage attachments" button. Use that and the rest explains it's self.

Scroll down, it's fairly low down but it's there mate.

Miscallaneous=show signature
automatically parse links in text

Disable smileys in text
Then it's there
Attachments=manage attachments

The forum was having security issues and the attachment system was disabled for normal members as a necessary measure. I'm afraid you'll have to upload the pics to photobucket or a similar site and give a link to them.
