Insurance and Deposit account

H all,

well have another Install to do, basically mothballed the company back in feb,

Questions are

I never managed to open a deposit account, HSBC and Barclay's never let me, they said it wasn't the right account for the OV business, TBH i never get deposits off customers, they pay for the materials, then i just bill them for the rest after ive finished.

also do i have to supply insurance for customers now like this. Insurance | British Photovoltaic Association

Hi Grand, how can you forget the fun and games of MCS and REAL code?

If you dont take deposits then you dont need a client account, and to satisfy REAL code you have to provide the client with a insurance backed warranty, read this Insurance - Consumers - REAL Consumer Code

thanks mate,

I had so much stress getting the 43p (assesment was 1st Dec)for the first person who let me use her as a ginniepig and the government screwing us all i just got all deflated with it all.



doing this install now and ready to go, then thought S**T they need a EPC :crazy:
