Mmm well I think I'll refuse to answer anything other than the ones in the xls doc. Sounds like she either got out of bed the wrong side or is a real jobsworth - our first MCS was completed by a guy who had just taken a massive redundancy package from British Gas after being at almost the top of the tree for many years. He expected us to run the same as British Gas, just couldn't get his head round the one man band business format.

Just checked through all my emails - sent on the 18th Feb and confirmed acceptance on 22nd Feb

Looked at it again and it was the warranty terms and conditions not the contract. God this stuff is boring!

Following Gavin's post and after having spoken to a couple guy's this morning I may make a complaint to REAL and the oft.

The new t&c's are too long and I'm certain will lead to more customers refusing/canceling installs once they try to read them.

Why is something like Photo permission, employee insurance, website stating different work areas for PV and ST which are not on the audit list of questions any of their business?

One of the forum members local to me has his real audit booked for the 2nd week of may. So it will be interesting to see how he gets on as he has a different person doing the audit. We use the same t&c's.
