I'm with @Rpa07 in this... What is that story about..? Has the bloke exploded, like Mr Creosote?
 
Right...i attempted to contact the gentleman,via the telephone-and had no success.

I waited two months,to allow him to make contact with myself,which he did not.

I then added the DPC pump and drum of fluid,to the contents destined for a car boot sale.

Now,i have to help someone in the common-room,with a tricky jigsaw...;)
 
I did sleep albeit fidgety but woke to the interpretation with thanks @PEG.
I had forgotten or not thought of the the pump having been left at your place, that was the clue.
I was minutes away from calling on @buzzlightyear for his take on it.
Good story. And profitable.
