just love the bit about stripping the unbroken cable. was commom back in the day.not seen for 40 years or more.
 
Lovely drawing. It even looks like TRS rather than PVC, how that can be described through a printed drawing amazes me.
 
Found this under the floorboards of a house. Was wondering what year it was and if anyone remembers installing the Tenby R.M.1?

Although these are not Tenby, I found them in a loft a few months ago....were still live and in use too!

What a disappointment. When I read the post title I thought someone inexperienced was looking for instructions on how to connect a junction box.
I was looking forward to reading some DIY Dave slagging off.


You can see the design hasn't changed much between those Helsby's and the J401 joint boxes of more recent years

I've definitely taken out a good few of them over the years, lovely instruction leaflet that !
