My Neff oven is approx 10 years old and has worked normally, until about a few months ago when it has started to trip on RCD when at high temperature…190 deg+.The oven is used regularly….does the thermostat need replacing, or heating elements or a new oven or RCD which has become too sensitive?

Help appreciated…

Without doing any testing it's rather a guess.
It's unlikely the thermostat is relevant, can it maintain a lower temperature of say 100 degrees, with the light coming on and off?
It's unlikely the RCD has become too sensitive.
On the laws of probability it's most likely to be the element, which isn't (usually) a difficult or expensive fix. Many of them can be changed from the front without removing/moving the oven.
