NVQ completed at last

Hi All,

Finally finished my NVQ lv3 took some doing its drove me mad over the last few months I would rather do the 2391 again lol but its done now next step apply to JIB for a card

I would jsut like to say a special THANKS to AMBERLEAF as without him it would have been impossible in my eyes a real GENT
also to any other members who have helped me on my journey

Cheers to all yes it required some effort thought the 2391 was hard lol but this took more effort and the 2330 lv3 was a breeze compared lol and thanks phil for pointing me in the right direction

after thinking of doing the nvq myself i've settled on the 2396 design instead.

I was thinking of doing the 2391-20 when i finished the 2391-10 june 2010 then decided i needed to do the lv3 2330 and NVQ 2356 instead because i heard they was ending the 2391 series along with the rest or i wouldnt get a jib card which i should have had 26 yr ago when I was a JIB apprentice and gave it up like a idiot
so eventually i may also do the 2396 and then it will prob be the 18th edition lol by then
I cant keep up with all the numbers of the quals C&G seem to change them like the wind just as i chase one set of quals theyre ending them and new ones are coming out
anyway good luck on the 2396 let us know whats involved and how ya get on

cheers , i start the course in 3 weeks.
C&G website says the 2396 will stay in circulation till at least 2018 thank god.
i expect this to be the last qualification i ever do whilst on the tools to be honest.
thought i'd go out with a bang and a level 4 cert :-D

Just to update you all and say thanks to all the people that have helped and advised since i joined the forum to name a few

AMBERLEAF, a legend who without the great deal of help he has provided and taking the time out and for no gain or reward and generally going above and beyond to help me out i couldnt have completed my NVQ without him

TELECTRIX for all the questions he has answered for me or pointed me in the right direction

PHIL for first helping me initailly sort out the NVQ and answering many questions
and explaining the whole process

DURHAM SPARKY again for help and advice and giving me a guide on how to complete it

SIRKIT BREAKER for his help and advice

MALC again for help and advice

also XS training formally VQ solutions LTD when i signed up initially
especialy my assessor DAVID A who guided me and with friendly persuasion helped me achieve my goal

Annual assessment friday
then apply for a jib card

and then begin to earn some of the thousands back i have spent then may consider the 2396 at some point
not many others i could do maybe solar but that seems to have gone in the wind so to speak
