I charge £150, and that allows for a whole day.
If the PIR actually takes longer, I would charge more.
I doubt very much that the Housing Association would be happy with that, and will probably expect you to conduct three or even four PIRs per day.
Which you'll be lucky to get between £35 and £50 for each PIR.
You would have to establish what exactly they will expect to be inspected and tested.
Spinlondo you forgot to mention,
if there are any existing drawings,
past PIR's etc
If you have drawings, and the last 3 years PIR's you could do some sample testing.
