Hello i new here to bear with me right what it is i want power to my shed to power 2-3 Computer servers and a monitor i have got few prices on doing it the right was with SWA and garage CU which of right now i can't afford as just been made redundant but one of the sparky's said buy so outdoor grade 2.4mm flex put a plug on one end and other end wire a 4 or 6 way extension as he said that's not a permanent connection so doesn't come under partP. One is that safe? 2 wouldn't it still come under part p as its still a special location

It won't fall under Part P. Whether it is safe will be entirely down to installation methods, rcd protection etc...

was going to use one of them wire on RCD's
Check to see if your sockets already have rcd protection so as not to incur more expense.

yes they do but reason i say i was going to use a RCD is so if there is to be a fault it would trip that RCD and not trip the power in the house if that makes seance ?

Not necessarily. If it is 30ma back at the CU this is adequate. Get someone to check it is functioning correctly and don't waste money on an rcd plug.

Not much point buying flex either when you can buy a premade extension lead!

You should try and get some black tough rubber cable, quote HO7 RN-F in 1.5. Any larger is not recommended for termination to a 13A plug top.

just buy a £20 extension reel, black cable.it will last for years, or until you put a spade through it.:mamazed:
