Hi guys I bought this motion sensor from lidl thinking that I will add to my floodlight and it will become my outdoor sensor light but can anyone tell me if I m wrong and how does it work

The sensor needs a live, neutral and earth (though the earth will only be joined in the sensor) that are on when you want the sensor to be sensing i.e most of the time.
The live output from the sensor will be going to your floodlight along with the neutral and earth.
When the sensor operates it will turn on the light.
