Reference methods

Hi

I am having trouble determining between reference methods. Which reference method is it for flat twin & earth cables in joists under floor boards and in the ceiling in a domestic property?

ref method b, have a look at wiring regs or osg if you can get hands on a copy

I'd look at table 4D5, page 340.

so would i , now i look... theres a few to pick from, depending on insulation factirs etc
