Matters not. I am not saying up the breaker.....but if you do up it, the cable should also be upped accordingly for cable protection. That protection is needed, even though you are not varying the load. Just regulation, that's all.
The regulations specifically allow omission of fault protection where the circuit is not expected to be able to carry overload current so you can have a situation where say a fixed load is 46 amps the ccc of the cable is 48 amps but your ocpd is 50 amps provided fault protection is afforded as required by section 434

The formula for the tabulated current becomes Ib/correction factors rather than In/

corrected that for you.no charge. otherwise i agree, as long as the Iz > Ib.

It may be something else other than the MCB. For instance it could be the shower switch connections have/are burnt out especially the neutral.

OK then. The circuit is in place, whose to say the load won't be increased in the future?

Isnt fitting an electric shower Notifiable?

That's not how you design a circuit though. After all the shower could be removed and a new sub CU installed at the end of the cable if the use for the room changes.

If the load changes, the circuit design changes and protection and cable size should be altered to suit.

A like for like swap of an appliance isn't notifiable.
Even in a special location?...........Or even a minor works cert
