It is not quite that simple, each system has to be designed for each situation.
It would be a little like saying which is the best car, the answer should be a Rolls Royce, but then add I do 1000 miles per week so can not afford to run it at 8mpg, and then saying I have to carry 6 passengers at times, if you see what I mean.
