So finally I had enough and emailed the tw*ts and their so called bookkeepers and they sent the following mails after intelligently re-marking them in subject as SPAM ha ha, told me my claims were wrong, informed me the client was agreeing I was wrong, questioned my abilities, advice and qualifications and then refused to pay at all....and then finally out of the blue that night the invoice was paid in full to my account ! Oh and I also spoke to the client to ask them their version of events in their findings emailed to me from contractor that they had also decided I was wrong in my thinking, to which they informed me that they had employed another electrical contractor not through the original contractor to carry out the works to put things right as I had suggested ! funny that... the truth comes out, I'm happy
