Arvo Pärt (Estonian pronunciation: [ˈɑrʋo ˈpært]; born 11 September 1935) is an Estonian composer of contemporary classical music. Since the late 1970s, Pärt has worked in a minimalist style that employs tintinnabuli, a compositional technique he invented. Pärt's music is in part inspired by Gregorian chant. His most performed works include Fratres (1977), Spiegel im Spiegel (1978), and Für Alina (1976). From 2011 to 2018, and again in 2022, Pärt was the most performed living composer in the world, and the second most performed in 2019, after John Williams. The Arvo Pärt Centre, in Laulasmaa, was opened to the public in 2018.

My siemens freezer seems to be getting jammed every few weeks due to which the refrigerator stops cooling. This has happened after we got it serviced after 10 years of use. The service guy had mentioned he changed a certain wire because the pressure didn't seem right.
I'm just trying to figure...

I qualified in 2003 and I think it was something like installation of electrotechnical systems or something similar. Does anybody have their certs handy and confirm the name...

Hi,
This is the control board for a poultry incubator, it regulates temperature by pulsing 240V output to the heater. When it's heating up the heater is on full, when it's in control it pulses on and off. The fault is that it can't get up to temperature, it will control stably to a lower...

Hi all
I am looking to install a 12v system on my roof terrace to power a few LED lights.
I was going to connect a 12v transformer into an existing FCU inside the property, and then run a 12v circuit from this to power the lights on the roof terrace. However, I understand that this is Part P...
Hello, does anybody know of a part number of this type of busbar kit thing for a Square D Speed D Panel Board? Couldn't find any part numbers on the unit itself.
Some Pictures
I guess this might seem like an odd question, but what do the Part P notifications actually do?
That is, beyond the goal of stopping dodgy work by folk with little or no electrical knowledge, do building control use them for anything? Can you use them to check on past work on a property you are...
We have had a rear extension built on our home, and our builder arranged the electrician for the electric work required.
I have established that the Electrician and his helper (apprentice/junior) are from a country to the east of Europe and are not currently registered as UK electricians and do...
I have noted more and more items ask for a type A RCD rather than type AC, with electric car charging units it is often even better than type A required, but with car charging units it is hard wired so clearly should be part of the inspection and looking up one make of charger unit not really a...
Just been read through this and it says:
How to determine if it’s an extraneous-conductive-part
For this, a simple measurement is undertaken. This is done by testing the resistance between the suspected extraneous-conductive-part and the MET or the nearest known connection to Earth, such as...
