Assessment 615 Question 10 help!!

Hi everyone, I’ve completed most of the assessment 615 but I can’t find the right wording / fully understand question 10... it’s annoying as it seems like a basic thing to know but my brain is a little fried. Any help would be of huge help!! Thanks.
